green & oolong
Popular in China and Japan for thousands of years, green tea is finally becoming a big player in the North American tea market. When steeping green tea, never use boiling water, as it brings out the bitterness in the leaves. Instead, use 80 degree water and let it steep for two to three minutes to help bring out the catechins and other great healthy goodness.
Mandarin Pineapple Sencha
Orange citrus notes blended with pineapple and beautiful marigold flowers. A slight hint of cinnamon lingers. One of our most popular green teas.

This is a high quality deep steamed Japanese sencha, with buttery notes and almost no hint of grassiness. The added pear extracts produce an absolutely stunning green tea.
Gunpowder Green – organic
Folks love Gunpowder teas for their light, woodsy smoky flavours, that come from the light roasting process; the rolled pellet shape is what gives this tea its name. Gives a wonderful second and third re-steep.
